RECEIPT OF NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT –
Terms of your deposit
*Please note once a booking is confirmed with a deposit it cannot be cancelled.
*If an event date changes due to you and we are fully booked on your new date you will lose your deposit.
*If a booking is cancelled, we will also not refund the deposit
*If the delivery address changes you may incur an additional fee depending on distance.
*This deposit balance will come off your final price and can be used against your booking total.
* You can add to your package, but you cannot decrease the value of your booking.
our min charge for any booking is £200.00
* Average set up time is 2-3 hours depending on package.
*You must pay your final amount 21 days prior to your booking date,
if you do not your event will be cancelled, and you will not be refunded your deposit.
*delay in payment can affect your colour scheme.
TERMS OF SETTING UP FOR YOUR EVENT
We must be the first people to set up if possible.
We cannot set up around children and ask that they are looked after at all times while we are setting up for your event.
Animals must be kept away, preferably in another room for safey reasons.
We will contact your venue directly to gain access unless the event is in your home or bussiness.
IF CHILDREN ARE AT THE EVENT PLEASE ENSURE THEY DO NOT GO NEAR THE DISPLAYS –
THESE ARE FOR DECORATION PURPOSES ONLY!
Please ensure you do not touch the displays as they may fall over children must be supervised.
We will not be liable for any accidents caused by playing, moving or pushing the displays
OUR DISPLAYS CAN ONLY BE SET UP OUTSIDE IF AGREED AND WEATHER DEPENDANT
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Our set ups take a while to make, and we do not want to feel rushed, we ask we are allowed a
minimum of 2 hours before an event to set up. If we need longer we will state before we arrive an estimated time.
We will provide you will a set up time and collection time.
Collections are in the evening after the event or next day If we have to collect after
7pm the same day their may incur a charge.
Before we set up for any event you will have to pay your holding deposit of £100.00 in cash.
Our balloon installs are for the event day, at the end of your event we will
come and dismantle unless you have an organic display.
